A professional cooling surface is used in catering and trade enterprises for the preparation of "fried" ice cream. And although the mixture freezes as a result of contact with a cold surface, it got this name due to associations. Its preparation from the side resembles the frying process. During the cooking process, syrups, fresh fruits, nuts and chocolate can be added to the dessert. The finished delicacy is served to the client as in the form of rolls (rolls).
